Voting closes at 12 noon on Monday 23 September 2024 and results will be posted on the Ravensdown website that afternoon, with the successful candidate taking office at the Annual Meeting on Wednesday 25 September.

The voting pack also contains the Notice of Meeting for Ravensdown’s Annual Meeting.

At the meeting the board will be asking shareholders to vote on two resolutions. The first is the standard resolution to authorise the directors to fix the auditor’s remuneration for the coming year. The second resolution is to make some amendments to the constitution.

If you cannot attend the meeting in person we encourage you to appoint a proxy to vote on the resolutions on your behalf.  This can be done by post or online, as detailed in the voting form.
