Ravensdown will be holding its 46th Annual Meeting at 1.00pm on Wednesday, 25 September 2024. Shareholders can attend the meeting in person at Ravensdown’s offices at 292 Main South Road, Hornby, Christchurch or join via an online platform hosted by Zoom.
The Notice of Meeting was posted to all shareholders on 23 August 2024.

At the meeting the board will be asking shareholders to vote on two resolutions. The first is the standard resolution to authorise the directors to fix the auditor’s remuneration for the coming year. The second resolution is to make some amendments to the constitution.

If you cannot attend the meeting in person we encourage you to appoint a proxy to vote on the resolutions on your behalf. Details are set out in your Notice of Meeting pack.
Shareholders can either:
- complete the printed form to appoint a proxy and post it using the prepaid envelope; or
- appoint a proxy online using the PIN and password sent out with the Notice of Meeting.
