How do I join Ravensdown?
To become a Ravensdown customer, contact our Customer Centre on 0800 100 123 or customer.centre@ravensdown.co.nz.
In order to transact with Ravensdown you will need to complete a credit application. Once this is complete, and you are signed up as a customer, you can also apply to join our cooperative as a shareholder. Please ensure you read our terms of trade before applying.

Your statements
Statements are generated and emailed in the first week of each month. Payment is due on the 20th of that month. You can also access your statement online through My Ravensdown.
You can pay your monthly statement in one of two ways:
- Direct debit - we will automatically debit your nominated bank account on the payment due date. This method of payment affords a 1.5% discount on your order or earn the equivalent in Ravensdown Travel Dollars.
- Direct credit - you can deposit funds into our account via internet banking.
If you have any queries regarding your statement, please call our Customer Centre before the 15th of the month that your statement is due for payment.
