Introducing Daniel Pranic, Ravensdown’s Chief Sales and Marketing Officer
After stepping in to lead our customer team on an interim basis, Daniel Pranic has been appointed Ravensdown’s Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. In this role, Daniel is responsible for ensuring Ravensdown continues to offer personalised and digital connections to support our customers’ on-farm productivity and sustainability goals. Following an intensive search, Garry Diack, Ravensdown CEO, says it was a combination of factors that led him to appoint Daniel into the role. His track record of delivering effective customer solutions, particularly during challenging conditions, puts Daniel in great stead to manage the integration of sales, product leadership, market insights and our digital customer interface. “Daniel’s immense sales performance and technology background, and the positive impact he has had in the interim role won him the appointment.” Daniel has a strong track record when it comes to executing business development across a variety of industries and sectors, in the US, Southeast Asia, Europe, Australia and, most importantly, New Zealand. He has held pivotal leadership roles at Kiwibank, Tait Communications, Chrisco Australia, CommInsure (now AIA Group) Commonwealth Bank of Australia and NZ Post. “His experience means Daniel really understands what is required to support our customers into the next decade, from a relationship, product and digital perspective,” says Garry. Some customers have met Daniel over the last couple of years at various Field Days and, more recently, within customer communities across the country where he has been deepening his understanding and appreciation of our shareholding customers’ needs and preferences. |
