FMG Young Farmer of the Year #webackyou terms and conditions.
The Ravensdown #webackyou competition is open to all supporters of AgriKids, Junior Young Farmer of the Year and FMG Young Farmer of the Year contestants and teams.
Prize consists of $1,000 to be given directly to the winners chosen school or young farmers club.
To enter the competition, a picture of the supporters’ crew must be uploaded to Facebook or Instagram. @ravensdown must be tagged and the hashtag #webackyou used. Only one entry per person will be accepted however multiple photos or videos may be tagged to show the full extent of an entry.
Entry into the competition is open between 20 June 2022 and 2.30pm, 8 July 2022. A winner will be chosen by 3pm, 8 July 2022.
The judges will select the best dressed supporters team, with the most creative and inventive supporters gear. Your "gear" could include outfits, accessories, banners, signs, or props that shows your support for your favourite finalists. Judges decision is final, no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be announced by the ground MC at practical day during the AgriSkills challenge in the main arena. The winners will then be contacted to confirm details for receiving/donating their prize.
By entering this competition, you are confirming your consent for Ravensdown to contact you after the FMG Young Farmer of the Year Grand Final 2022 to follow-up on how the prize money was used for further promotion.
General Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all Giveaways and Competitions, in addition to any special terms and conditions, listed above at the time when the respective Giveaway and Competition is promoted.
By entering a Competition or Giveaway, entrants are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following general Terms and Conditions and Special Terms and Conditions.
Competitions and Giveaways
Entries received after the specified closing date will not be accepted. Proof of posting or emailing will not be accepted as proof of entry.
Every entrant warrants that all information submitted is true, current and complete. Ravensdown reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these terms and conditions.
One entry per person will be accepted.
Entries, selection, prizes
All reasonable attempts will be made to contact Competition and Giveaway winners using details provided. Should those attempts fail, another winner will be drawn or selected.
Prizes are not redeemable for cash, transferable to any other person, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
If a prize or part of a prize becomes unavailable (for any reason), Ravensdown reserves the right to limit entry, cancel or amend the prize(s) at its own and sole discretion, including providing the winner with a substitute prize, either in full or in part.
Ravensdown’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Privacy
All entrants consent to participate and co-operate as required in all promotional activities relating to the Competition or Giveaway.
Information collected will be used for competition or giveaway purposes only.
Exclusions
The following persons are not eligible to win any prize:
Anyone who works for Ravensdown as an employee, or any agencies or companies associated with the Competition or Giveaway.
Ravensdown reserves the right to exclude any entrant from participating at its sole discretion. Ravensdown also reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to an entrant who is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, gained an unfair advantage in participating or won by using fraudulent means.
Ravensdown will not be liable for any loss, damage, costs (for instance incurred in accepting or redeeming a prize) or any injury whatsoever suffered by an entrant as a result of or in connection with the Competition or Giveaway, including any inability to enter, complete or continue the competition or giveaway due to equipment or technical malfunction.
Ravensdown reserves the right to amend or change these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion, including extending, postponing or cancelling the Competition or Giveaway.
*These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand Courts.
