Approval of Capital Reduction and Share Cancellation
The Board of Ravensdown Fertiliser Australia Limited (RFA) is pleased to announce that, at yesterday’s special meetings in Brisbane, both the ordinary shareholder and Redeemable Preference Shareholders of RFA passed resolutions to reduce the share capital of RFA and cancel the Redeemable Preference Shares, in the manner set out in the notices of meeting.
This means that every Redeemable Preference Shareholder of RFA will have their shares automatically cancelled on 22 July 2016 and will receive A$0.447 for every share they held.
