Annual Meeting 2016 - wrap up
Our 2016 Annual Meeting was held at 6:00pm on Monday 17 October, at the Pukekohe War Memorial Hall.
After making progress in each of the past three years and by focusing on fundamentals, we generated profit before tax and rebate of $62 million and paid a rebate of $41 per tonne.
Our Chief Executive, Greg Campbell, outlined our past twelve months’ performance and discussed our focus and prospects for the current financial year and beyond.
Shareholders present at the meeting were given the opportunity to address questions to our board and Chief Executive.
At the meeting shareholders voted on the standard legal resolution relating to the auditor’s remuneration, and a special resolution to approve a change to Ravensdown’s constitution.
