At the Annual Meeting our Chairman, John Henderson, provided an update on the solid result which Ravensdown has delivered in 2014-15, after the turnaround of 2013-14.

Our long-term strategy is working and the balance sheet has continued to improve.

Chief Executive, Greg Campbell, outlined our past twelve months’ performance and discussed our focus and prospects for the current financial year and beyond.

Shareholders who were present at the meeting were given the opportunity to address questions to our board and Chief Executive.

At the meeting we asked shareholders to vote on a special resolution to approve some proposed changes to Ravensdown’s constitution; This resolution passed.

Those unable to attend the meeting, were encouraged to complete the proxy form accompanying the Notice of Annual Meeting sent.
