2024 Annual Meeting and voting on resolutions
Ravensdown held its 46th Annual Meeting at 1.00pm on Wednesday, 25 September 2024. Shareholders attended meeting in person at Ravensdown’s offices at 292 Main South Road, Hornby, Christchurch or joined online.
At the meeting the board asked shareholders to vote on two resolutions. The first was the standard resolution to authorise the directors to fix the auditor’s remuneration for the coming year. The second resolution was to make some amendments to the constitution.
Both resolutions were carried by the required majority.
