New regulations for agrochemicals

From 1 December 2017 new regulations covering the supply, storage and use of hazardous substances in the workplace took effect.

Under the new regulations, all vendors are now required to have written notification from customers purchasing tracked and restricted substances.

Restricted substances

  • Written notification that there is a competent person in the workplace, who accepts responsibility for the substance.

Tracked substances 

  • Written notification that there is a competent person in the workplace, who accepts responsibility for the substance.
  • A copy of your Compliance Certificate or proof of training that meets the required standard.
  • A copy of the hazardous substance location compliance certificate (if required). 

Restricted substances

Tracked substances
Cannon - Max Cl - Goltix - Metaforte 60SL - Parable 250

If you are going to need tracked and restricted substances, you need to send your completed notification documents to the Customer Centre.
