Why is this happening:

There are a couple of key despatch items which are being installed over this time.

  1. Weighbridge - the current weighbridge is nearing its end of useful life, so we need to upgrade. The new weighbridge will ensure continued service, while being slightly longer and wider.
  2. Dressing Plant - this is a key piece of plant ensuring all product is screened prior to entering the despatch system. Part of the upgrade is to ensure better efficiency and throughput to help ensure better customer service at the despatch end, especially once we implement the second despatch lane.
  3. Electrical change-over of the dressing plant and blending plant from the old MCC room to a new MCC room. This ensures electrical compliance and future proofing the automation of the blending plant.

These improvements are aimed at increasing our level of service to you and are being done at the quietest time of year.

If you have any questions please contact your agri manager and they will endeavor to help as much as possible.
