Our standard Terms of Trade allow for payment on the 20th of the month following dispatch of product.
Statements are generated and posted out in the first week of each month. Consolidated invoices for product dispatched in the previous month are included with your statement. Payment is due on the 20th of that month. You can also access your statement online through My Ravensdown.
You can pay your monthly statement in one of two ways:
• Direct debit - we will automatically debit your nominated bank account on the payment due date. This method of payment affords a 1.5% discount.
• Direct credit - you can deposit funds into our account via telephone or internet banking.
If you have any queries regarding your statement, please call our Customer Centre before the 15th of the month that your statement is due for payment.
