Win an iPhone XR Competition Draw
Competition draw closes 3pm Saturday 21 March 2020.
To be eligible for the competition draw you must have registered online for Central Districts Field Days 2020 through the Eventbrite registration form and had your ticket scanned onsite at the Ravensdown marquee.
Winning entrant will be selected at random, post the competition close, on Monday March 23, 2020.
Winning entrant will be contacted by phone or email no later than 13 April 2020.
Winning entrant will receive one iPhone XR mobile phone only.
Competition only open to Ravensdown customers. You must have supplied your customer number at time of Eventbrite registration.
General Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all Giveaways and Competitions, in addition to any special terms and conditions, listed above at the time when the respective Giveaway and Competition is promoted.
By entering a Competition or Giveaway, entrants are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following general Terms and Conditions and Special Terms and Conditions.
Competitions and Giveaways
Entries received after a specified closing date will not be accepted. Proof of posting or emailing cannot be accepted as proof of delivery.
Every entrant warrants that all information submitted is true, current and complete. Ravensdown reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these terms and conditions.
A person can only enter once and multiple entries will result in an entrant being disqualified.
Entries, selection, prizes
All reasonable attempts will be made to contact Competition and Giveaway winners using details provided. Should those attempts fail, another winner will be drawn or selected.
Prizes are not redeemable for cash, transferable to any other person, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
If a prize or part of a prize becomes unavailable (for any reason), Ravensdown reserves the right to limit entry, cancel or amend the prize(s) at its own and sole discretion, including providing the winner with a substitute prize, either in full or in part.
Ravensdown’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Privacy
All entrants consent to participate and co-operate as required in all promotional activities relating to the Competition or Giveaway.
Information collected will be used for competition or giveaway purposes only.
Exclusions
The following persons are not eligible to win any prize:
Anyone who works for Ravensdown as an employee, or any agencies or companies associated with the Competition or Giveaway.
Ravensdown reserves the right to exclude any entrant from participating at its sole discretion. Ravensdown also reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to an entrant who is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, gained an unfair advantage in participating or won by using fraudulent means.
Ravensdown will not be liable for any loss, damage, costs (for instance incurred in accepting or redeeming a prize) or any injury whatsoever suffered by an entrant as a result of or in connection with the Competition or Giveaway, including any inability to enter, complete or continue the competition or giveaway due to equipment or technical malfunction.
Ravensdown reserves the right to amend or change these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion, including extending, postponing or cancelling the Competition or Giveaway.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand Courts.
VR Rural Driving Skills Simulator Prezzy Card Prizes
Special Terms and Conditions
To be eligible for this competition you must have met the criteria to drive the simulator and have completed the full rural driving skills course at site C22/C23 of Central Districts Field Days (The Event) at Fielding, on either March 19,20 or 21, 2020.
All eligible winners must have adhered to all safety messages relating to the VR simulator.
Winners of the $40 Prezzy cards will be at the sole discretion of the Ravensdown staff member manning the VR simulator. In the absence of a Ravensdown staff member, the prizes cannot be awarded.
There are two $40 Prezzy cards to be won per day of The Event. If they are not won, they will be jackpotted to the next day.
An individual can only win one $40 Prezzy card during the entirety of The Event , 19-21 March 2020, inclusive.
